Last updated: 2026-10-25

1. Who we are

MacMeter is a product of Apdsoftware di Carlo Zuffetti, Via C. Colombo, 15 24047 Treviglio (BG), VAT no. IT03835250162 (“Apdsoftware”, “we”). For any question write to help@macmeter.app.

2. The product

MacMeter is a macOS application that shows system statistics in the menu bar. It requires a Mac with Apple Silicon and macOS 14 or later.

For the first 14 days after first launch all features are available. After the trial a free version remains available; Pro features are unlocked with a license key.

3. License

With your purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MacMeter Pro on up to 5 Macs that you own or use for personal purposes.

You may not resell, publicly share or distribute the license key, or circumvent or remove the app’s license checks.

4. Price and payment

The price is €3.99 one time, VAT included, unless stated otherwise at checkout. There are no subscriptions or renewals.

Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and handles payment, invoicing and taxes. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

5. Delivery of the key

After payment you receive the license key by email, at the address entered at checkout, from noreply@macmeter.app. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to help@macmeter.app.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Details are on the Refunds page.

7. Warranty and liability

MacMeter is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the values it shows accurate, but we do not guarantee they are error-free or suitable for critical uses.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of purchase continues to apply to that purchase. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
